How far in advance do I need to schedule my appointment?

We strongly encourage you to schedule your appointment as early as possible. Please note that morning appointments are in high demand. We suggest booking your appointment as soon as you receive your doctor's order or kit. You can email lab orders to: info@healthtoptier.com

Could you please let me know your rates?

The rates for our services may vary based on the specific service area and the processing and handling of your specimen. Additionally, the total cost can change depending on the number of lab orders completed during a single visit. Please be aware that shipping and delivery requirements are also considered. At Health Top Tier, we are happy to offer discounted rates to our valued clients who regularly use our services. We appreciate your trust in us and look forward to serving you.

What is your policy on cancellations?

At Health Top Tier-Mobile Phlebotomy Services, we understand that plans can change, and we appreciate your consideration of our cancellation policy. Please find the details outlined below:

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us at (310) 912-0633 or email us at info@healthtoptier.com at least 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, we are happy to inform you that there will be no charge.
If a cancellation is made within the 24-hour window, we will need to apply a fee of 50% of the total cost of the service.
- In the event of a no-show or if the appointment is canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled time, please note that the full cost of the service will be charged.

How do I make a payment for the service?

We accept payments through MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.

How long will it take for my doctor to receive the test results?

The turnaround time for most routine tests is generally between 2 to 3 business days. However, please be aware that some specialized tests may require up to 7 business days for processing. For any inquiries regarding your results, we kindly encourage you to reach out to your physician directly. Additionally, please note that Health Top Tier LLC. do not receive copies of your test results. Thank you for your understanding.
